Anyway to me, she always looks cool and understated. Love everything about this look (including the feather skirt which I have flirted with at Top Shop) but above all.. how cool does it look just to have your coat over the shoulders?? Noted.

Misha is back

For all of us that grew up with the OC, Marissa Cooper (ie. Misha Barton) was the It girl! She was just so beautiful and down to earth. The typical all-American girl.

Then we grew up and so did Misha (not in a vey good way I have to admit)... now we have Blake Lively in our lives but I think Misha is ready for a comeback!

This weekend I decided to experiment with a new nail colour – khaki green! I have to say that I was inspired by the colour Blake Lively was wearing in the last gossip girl episode.. and it was a total coincidence that it matched my dress on Saturday’s night party!

After totally falling in love with my sideways gold cross necklace – I never take it out – I now have another “cross” love: a gold mate cross bracelet. I bought it from a friend that is selling a new brand – Lucky London.

Olivia always gets it right. She does inspire me..and the good thing is that she always mixes high street with designer. In particular, I always love the pieces she gets from Topshop. Its a dangerous combination for my savings!

Anyway, she is now the new face of Mango! So I’m pretty sure there is more high street inspired looks coming our way!

Breakfast at Tiffany's

On my way back from China I watched “Breakfast at tiffany’s” for the first time.. ohh and I loved it!! I cannot believe that I waited 31 years to watch this film!
It was different from what I imagined. I had thought it would be a very conventional film...but It was so surprisingly fresh and funny and Its impossible not to fall in Love with Audrey’s pose and elegance.

One of the things I liked the most was how contemporary most of her clouths looked. Definitely long black dresses, diamonds and pearls are forever.

I did notice how trendy her look his when she is playing “moon river” – that grey sweater and Capri trousers can be found in every store this season!
I bought the exact sweater in Urban outfitters.

Today I feel like confort shopping

Waking up slightly depressed and having to face the horrible wind in London  - just made me want to run under my duvet and do some online shopping – I  just felt like buying nice, warm, no frizz, comfortable clothes..here is my choice for this weekend!

Who said the new trend of jeans with jeans was only for girls... definitely Jake Gyllenhaall makes this look work... and he got right on the number one rule: it needs to be different shades of jeans. Ohh Jake!
Having said that – I truly think he will make any look work!!
